◆ USAGE
This machine is suitable for all kinds of natural fiber, synthetic fiber, chemical fiber and blended woven fabric, knitting fabric, woven fabric, steaming after printing, baking after printing. It suitable for various dyes, fabric weight range 50~650g/m2.

◆ TECHNICAL FEATURES
1、Long-ring processing method: Fabric dead-weight automatically to ring process, overcome the reliability on rod or inflatable external force imposed on the fabric in the past, which will cause damage of the printing surface.
2、The bottom tank wet supply system, provide more uniform wet, large humidity control rang.
3、Adopt special double heat insulation board structure, heating loss almost to zero.
4、Cloth inlet and outlet hot gas curtain air seal device. Lock temperature and humidity. Under temperature saturation circumstances, the gas displacement from the air seal outlet is greatly reduced, saving 20% energy consumption, improving humidity remarkably and making the aging color fresher meanwhile compared with the common model.
5、Frequency conversion adjustable circulating fan. Set circulating strength according to different cloth type and gram weight to drifting, avoid staining and falling rod.
6、Bottom conditioning sink, directly steam heating. Generate large humidity amount; can control temperature through regulating steam to heat the valve intuitively and accurately. The humidity adjustable range is widely.
